Other Requirements and Stipulations:
-- it is the responsibility of the customer to have a valid
passport for all tours.
-- WW I and II Specialty Tours and/or its agents have no responsibility
for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage and personal effects.
-- no smoking is permitted in vehicles or hotel rooms (if
with a roommate).
-- a handicapped or disabled person must be accompanied by an
assistant or person to help him/her with all tour activities; every effort is made to accomodate a handicap, but, for
example, wheel chairs are not possible; it is critical that all customers be totally forthcoming on any special
needs on the Reservation Form.
-- the customer must specify any special dietary needs; all
efforts will be made to meet the requirement, but this cannot be guaranteed.
-- if the tour has commenced and weather, natural disaster,
or some other calamity beyond the control of the Tour Operator occurs, the tour may be cancelled and a partial refund given
based on amount of tour not completed.
-- World War I and II Specialty Tours, LLC/Tour Operator and
its agents are not responsible or liable for any incidents or events beyond their control, to include: any injury, illness
or death, delay or irregularity, any loss or damage caused by accidents or customer negligence, and, the actions of attendants
or third parties providing services. The customer assumes all risks associated wtih participation in this tour, and
is responsible for his/her actions in all aspects of the itinerary, transportation, and lodging stays. Any claim
must be filed in the jurisdiction where the the alleged incident occurred.
-- once a tour has commenced, all itineraries are subject to
change due to extreme, unforeseen circumstances; in the event that a change is necessary, the particular feature will be replaced
by another of equal or greater value; if cancellation of remainder of tour is necessary, a partial refund will be given based
on amount of tour completed.
